Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with cscoinsnbanknotes. All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information (for orders over $100). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at cscoinsnbanknotes@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any applicable photos so we can help resolve the situation where possible.
For international shipments, please note that customs, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
